Bishop Frank Kirkwood is Pastor of the New Covenant Christian Center in the Wylam community of Birmingham, Alabama.

Bishop Frank Kirkwood attended Victory Bible Institute in Tulsa, OK. He is a well noted Pastor/Evangelist and Bible teacher who has traveled extensively through out the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean Islands. He is the Regional overseer of the State of Alabama. He serves as a member of the International Charismatic Bible Ministries of Tulsa, Oklahoma.

He has been a guest on the Trinity Broadcast Network and host of Seeking The Lost Remnant Radio broadcast in Birmingham, AL.

He is director of Adopt-A-Block Inner City Ministries and also founder of New Covenant Christian Center and Seeking The Lost Remnant Tent Crusade Ministries of Birmingham, Alabama.

His preaching and teaching ministry is heralded for its profound, clear, and often prophetic approach to the Gospel Message of Jesus Christ. He often makes himself available to the gifting of the Holy Spirit. He ministers in seminars, crusades, conferences, prisons, rehabilitation centers, churches, and fellowships.

Bishop Kirkwood takes his assignment from the Word of God and that assignment is to live, preach, teach, and display the Kingdom of God doing the works Jesus did by expressing love, compassion, and the wisdom of Jesus Christ. He feels that he must reach people of all backgrounds with the good news that Jesus Christ saves us from the kingdom of darkness into the Kingdom of Light.

His vision is to educate people. Developing generations of naturally and spiritually mature young adults providing the highest quality of biblical education available, with the Word of God being the basis and foundation preparing them to be effective leaders easily identified by their love and wisdom as children of the Kingdom of God. Bishop Kirkwood has a sincere love and appreciation for the ministry & God’s people.

He has been awarded the national service award 2004 presented by the Washington Time’s foundations. Also, 2004 family faith and freedom award.

Currently, bishop Kirkwood serves as a member of N.C.C.E.D. a Washington D.C. faith based economic development corporation through President George W. Bush & Mr. Roy O. Priest the president and CEO of N.C.C.E.D.
